The Building Services team maintains a very comprehensive asbestos register.
If at any time we undertake works where the presence of asbestos is suspected, we order an independent asbestos survey before the works commence.
Should asbestos be discovered, we arrange for it to be removed by a specialist asbestos removal company - in accordance with current legislative requirements and best practice.
