Estates One Stop Shop (EOSS)

The Estates One Stop Shop (otherwise referred to as EOSS) is a system for requesting works from the Estates Department. This is the preferred method for doing so and is designed to be quick and easy to use.
 
The system is accessed via the RVC intranet or can be accessed here
 
When logging a request on the EOSS system please ensure you fill out the form in full, with as much detail about the location and nature of the fault as possible.

On submission you will, by return, receive an email confirmation that the request has been captured by the Building Services team. Should the work fall into the remit of the Campus Services team they will be informed automatically and take responsibility for the project.

Once the job has been completed you will receive a further email confirming that it has been addressed.
