Ongoing Improvements

The Building Services team may be working on a wide variety of different ongoing improvement works or projects at any one time. The purpose of this area is to give a little more detail about current activity.

Some works are 'one-off' reactive maintenance jobs, whilst many form part of our long-term Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule.

Information on this section of the website will cover activity in both areas.
