Building Services Strategy

The Building Services strategy continues to focus around the delivery of a comprehensive Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule of works, with a view to maintaining a high quality infrastructure for the RVC. PPM has an ongoing remit, with works planned up to 10 years in advance.

In parallel with the PPM programme, the Building Services team also delivers reactive maintenance anywhere across the RVC portfolio.
