Carol Rose - Deputy Director of Estates (Facilities)
Carol has worked in various areas of the Educational Sector since leaving school. Her roles have been diverse and include the oversight of building services and minor works in the ILEA Youth Service, Head of Administration in the Youth Service at Camden and Bursar at Hertswood School in Borehamwood.
She joined the RVC in 2004 a Facilities Manager and has seen a number of changes in her role. Currently, as Deputy Director of Estates, she deputies for the Director of Estates when required - and is responsible for the management and oversight of the services provided by the Campus and Maintenance Services teams.

Winston Edwards - Campus Services Manager (Camden)
Winston spent 25 years working in the security industry, the majority in management roles at large organisations.
He then moved into the public sector, providing a security and concierge service to local residents and council offices for the London Borough of Hackney before joining the RVC in 2007 as Campus Services Manager in Camden.
Winston is responsible for all portering, cleaning, security, post, waste services at the Camden campus.
Sacha Marshall-Ocana - Residences and External Lettings Manager
Sacha has worked within the property sector since 2003, starting in the UK and overseas property construction industry in a varied role that managed all aspects of daily operations including management of new projects.
Previous to joining the RVC Sacha worked as an Area Manager for student accommodation provider Unite, multi managing various properties across London, the services and staff within them and the welfare of the students living onsite.
Sacha manages the Accommodation Team and deals with all aspects of staff and student housing. In addition, he oversees the external lettings of rooms and conference facilities across both campuses.

Alison Tollervey - Assistant Residences and External Lettings Manager
Alison started work at the RVC in December 1999, when employed by external contractor Autograph Foodservice who managed both the student accommodation and catering services.
In January 2006, the RVC took over the management of student accommodation and Alison was employed in the new role of accommodation manager.
Alison's duties are wide-ranging and include everything from dealing with the initial undergraduate accommodation enquiries, through to assisting with the allocation of rooms and day-to-day management of staff and student accommodation and external lettings on both the Hawkshead and Camden campuses.
Jackie Carr - Administrative Assistant
Jackie joined the College in 2001 and has held various positions within the Estates department.
In her present role Jackie provides administrative support in all aspects of staff and student residences and external lettings including collecting rents, payments and dealing with general day to day queries from residents.
Richard Addison - Postroom Manager (Hawkshead)
Richard has worked for the RVC for nearly 2 years - starting as a temporary employee driving for the staff minibus and being involved with general portering duties - before becoming the postroom manager.
Previously a freelance photographer, Richard has been able to bring those skills to bear at the RVC becoming involved in producing images for the new extention of the QMHA. He enjoys the busy environment of the postroom, a very sociable job with plenty of exercise.
Karen Phillips - Print Room/Reprographics
Karen started at the RVC 11 years ago as a receptionist/telephonist at the Hawkshead Campus.
In April 2008, Karen had a change of scene and is now one of the part-time reprographics assistants. She carries out large photocopying jobs for departments on both campuses. She can also bind and laminate work on request. Furthermore she also maintains the photocopiers at Hawkshead, and is regularly the first port of call for any copier problems across the campus.
