Student Accommodation

The RVC offers a range of accommodation for students on both campuses.

 

Camden

We can provide places for 95% of our first year undergraduate students in Halls of Residence and in a variety of locations including:
 
  • College Grove – 73 beds (based on campus)
  • Mary Brancker House – 178 beds based in Kentish Town (in partnership with UNITE)
  • Intercollegiate Halls – 66 allocated beds in a variety of locations around the Borough


Hawkshead

Different types of accommodation are available on campus:
 
  • College Close – 66 single self-catering study rooms in 11 modern houses based in a cul-de-sac
  • Odiham Hall – 30 self-catering single study rooms (Flexible contracts available)
  • New Student Village - 191 single self catering study rooms in twin pavilion blocks.
 

Staff and Visitors

Rooms in the Hawkshead Halls of Residence,  can (when available) be booked on a short-term let basis. All rooms are single study bedrooms, with shared bathroom and kitchen facilties.   Students and visitors who wish to stay should complete the Hawkshead External Accommodation Request Form.

We also have our Brand New Conference Suite, which provides 14 single ensuite bedrooms, (subject to availability)  Rooms are let on a Bed Only or Bed & Breakfast basis, no kitchen facilities available.  This would be ideal for a one or two night stay, or delegates attending a meeting.  Visitors who wish to stay should complete the HH External Conference Form
 
Should a department wish to reserve accommodation for visitors,  an Internal Request Form should be completed with an authorised internal charging code.
 
Please note that VAT will be added to the cost of the room for external visitors only.
