Capital Projects

The Project Management Services team is responsible for the planning and delivery of all RVC capital projects.  

The College is committed to continue updating and refurbishing existing facilities, whilst also investing in new state-of-the-art facilities.

The team is directly responsible for implementing the RVC's estates strategy which sets out the capital development plans over the next 10 years.

The team works alongside a variety of architects, structural engineers, quantity surveyors and mechanical and electrical consultants to design buildings that will provide outstanding clinical services for both students and staff.

RVC projects range from specialist veterinary hospitals to teaching and research facilities. Each project provides a wide variety of challenges for the team, not only in ensuring end delivery, but also in appreciating and managing the often highly complex end-user requirements through the project cycle.
