Teaching and Research Centre (TaRC)

The building will provide a new entrance 'beacon' to the Hawkshead Campus.  The existing campus main reception area will be located on the ground floor with offices and break out space on the attrium floors above.

In addition to the above both research and teaching laboratory spaces will be created on both the ground and first floor.  Construction works commenced on site in May 2011.  Prior to starting on site, a number of enabling works were undertaken in order to relocate buried services.
