Project Management Services Strategy
The Project Management Services team strategy is to ensure that the estate develops such that it provides outstanding learning, teaching, research and clinical facilities for the RVC.
It will do this by ensuring that:
- The RVC achieves its estate strategy goals
- The team lead the development of RVC with innovative and appropriate design development
- The estate is upgraded and adapted in order to maintain clinical, teaching and research standards
- Capital projects are delivered to brief, on time and to budget
- The team contributes to the development of the RVC's long-term environmental and sustainability initiatives
