Sustainable Eating
The Royal Veterinary College (RVC) recognises that it has a responsibility to provide healthy and sustainable food to its students, staff and visitors. To this end, there is a requirement on its contract caterers to incorporate environmental and social considerations into the catering service provided in the refectories, cafes and hospitality.
